obtained at both test scales are similar. In the box plot shown
in Figure 10, it is observed that the median Cu recovery
of pilot and lab test works are similar (89.9% Cu pilot vs
89.6% Cu lab). At both scales of tests, 75% of the Cu recov-
ery achieved was over 88% Cu (above the lower quartile).
As for zinc, the same trend is also observed, although
the pilot tests showed greater variability in the recover-
ies compared to laboratory testing, which is attributed to
the higher variability in the grades of zinc fed to the CPF
pilot plant, and because a significant portion of sphalerite
