test work critical to justify the feasibility of the project.
Full scale screening tests were conducted with the sin-
gle deck side tensioned screen.
The testing was done using the sandwich wire panel
with representative opening of 3.5 mm and urethane panels
of 2.5 and 3.2 mm. However, the actual cut points keep
changing due to machine inclination angle, moisture con-
tent and feed rate tons per hour. The tests were done at
3.5, 7.1 and 12.7% feed moisture content. Figure 3 and
Figure 4 shows the picture of the screen feed, oversize and
undersize.
The results were shown in Table 2 shows the major
KPIs of screening efficiency, percentage of +2 mm material
in the undersize and the weight recovery in the undersize. It
