as can be seen from the results in Table 9 and Table 10.
Both ultra-purity and high-purity iron concentrate was
respectively produced that is suitable for use as a high-qual-
ity direct reduced iron raw material. The high-purity iron
concentrate can also be used directly in powder metallurgy,
magnetic materials, and environmental protection fields.
Direct Reduced Iron Preparation Experiment
The ultra-purity and high-purity iron concentrations pre-
pared through the process summarized in Figure 7 were
used to produce direct reduced iron (DRI), respectively
described as Test 1 and 2. It can be seen from Table 11 that
the total Fe grade of DRI Test 1 is as high as 98.48%, and
the metallization is 96.18%. This product is high-quality
direct reduced iron and can be used as a diluent for smelt-
ing clean steel or high-quality steel residual elements. DRI
Test 2 has a lower impurity content and can also meet the
standards of high-quality direct-reduced iron.
Further, pure iron was prepared through electric fur-
nace smelting using two types of direct reduced iron as raw
materials. It can be seen from Tables 13 and 14 that the
total Fe grade of pure iron prepared from the two products
