DATA LOGGING
When it comes to managing sensor data, there is a vari-
ety of popular choices available, such as conventional data
loggers, application of microcontrollers or even manual
reading of the sensor data and logging it by hand. When
drafting the layout and principle of the logging system, one
major goal was to make it digital and easy to operate while
being economically efficient. Nowadays, microcontrollers,
such as Raspberry Pi or Sparkfun Boards can be used for
such purposes. Since the chosen temperature sensors were
compatible with a Sparkfun board, a respective setup has
been used. The data logging system consisted of the analog
stainless steel Thermocouple K sensors that were connected
