SC‑70 were required to achieve 75% combustible recov-
ery with less than 7% product ash. Figure 7 illustrates the
StackCell sizing summary used for this application.
Figure 8 summarizes the predicted metallurgical perfor-
mance for the industrial StackCell circuit with comparison
to the bench-scale and pilot-scale test results. As shown, the
StackCell industrial simulation falls within the grade-recov-
ery curves for the bench-scale release and kinetics tests, and
roughly on the same grade-recovery curve as the pilot data
set. Similarly, Figure 8 compares the industrial StackCell
circuit predicted combustible recovery versus residence
times to the averaged bench-scale and pilot- scale data sets.
The industrial circuit residence time is slightly higher than
the bench and pilot scale data. This is expected as the pro-
duction flotation circuit is carrying capacity limited.

menced in July of 2023. The initial parameters of operation
that were obtained from the lab and pilot scale test work
