Effect of Na2SO4
Figure 5a shows the kinetics of carbonation for olivine
minerals at the baseline condition without the addition of
electrolyte. The D80 size of the feed materials was 24 µm.
The reaction was conducted at 105°C, 125°C, 145°C,
165°C and 185°C, under a constant pressure of 50 bar
PCO2, in the presence of 1M NaHCO3. Result showed
that at 105 °C, the carbonation efficiency was linearly
