Figure 9, illustrates all the results achieved including
the optimized tests, repeatability tests and reference tests
with conventional flotation cell and Table 3 summarizes
the reference tests results with GTK cell and Table 4 sum-
marizes all tests results with new Metso’s CPF cell. The
reference tests simulate the site operation with mechanical
cells. The site is operated with F80=180µm and with the
reagent regimes described in Table 3. For the CPF cell, the
F80 tested was fixed at 360µm. In both cells the same col-
lector was used, but a stronger frother is needed in CPF
