20 wt.% to 30 wt.%. The results of the sulfuric acid dosage
test indicated that suspension oxidation roasting pretreat-
ment significantly enhances vanadium leaching. Compared
with the efficiency of feed ore with high acid consumption
(30 wt.%) and aid-leaching agent (5 wt.% CaF2), the vana-
dium leaching efficiency improved by at least 20% and
reduced acid consumption by more than 15%. The reduc-
tion of acid dosage could decrease the solubility of impurity
