Reliability Evaluation of Smooth Production Using
HMPT Technology
To verify the operational stability of the HMPT reaction
system and the consistent quality of the continuously pro-
duced products, a continuous and stable HMPT operation
trial was conducted under the conditions of an HMPT
temperature of 500°C, a feed rate of 120 kg/h, a reducing
gas flow rate of 3.5 m3/h, and a reducing gas concentration
of 22.5%. The test was set to run stably for 48 hours. The
product indicators obtained during the test period are
shown in Figure 7, and the operating temperatures and pres-
sures monitored at key locations within the reaction system
are shown in Figure 8. The figures show that the product
quality remained stable during the continuous operation of
the plant and that satisfactory separation indicators were
