particles in a sample (see Figures 4 and 7). As a next work,
informing PSMs with bulk sample properties could help
overcome this limitation. It should also be noted that prior
probability adjustments were done with the particle bal-
ance observed for each family, which minimizes the errors
to be expected regarding predicted mass balances. Strategies
to use a single prior probability adjustment should be inves-
tigated in future research.
Errors of step six, as observed in the maps of Figures
9 and 10, are also low for all regions but the northern-
most one. Yet, these results cannot be validated with
experimental information since the TSF is currently not
being remined. These results indicate that the proposed
